BRAZZAVILEE

The 11th African Games were held in Brazzaville, Congo between 2nd and 19th of September with a programme of 23 sports. Karate, as one of them, hold competition from 7th to 9th of September. A total of 200 karate athletes from 18 different national federations took part in this event.
At this occasion, the Continental Karate Federation – UFAK – also held its Executive Committee meeting, which beyond the Continental leaders of Karate, under the Presidency of Mr. Mohamed Tahar Mesbahi, also counted on the presence of WKF President Mr. Antonio Espinós.
